This offer is valid in all 48 contiguous US states, but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii and all other US territories including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Please note that delivery to PO Box addresses within the United States usually takes 10 business days (but may take longer), and to PO Box addresses in Hawaii usually takes 15-20 days (but may take longer).

We will always endeavor to deliver items within the stated timeframe, but please keep in mind that the delivery dates we provide are approximate and some delays are beyond our control.
